Sea is a Barossa artist whose creativity shines through vibrant, captivating works that explore texture, colour, and the senses. Living with disability has not limited her imagination—instead, it has deepened her connection to the materials she works with. Her art emerges from a deeply sensory process, where touch and sound come together to guide her unique expression.
She delights in the feel of paint on her hands, creating abstract imagery by rubbing layers of colour across the canvas while listening to her favourite music. The rhythm of the sound inspires her movements, and the textures of the paint become an extension of her emotions, resulting in artwork that feels alive and full of energy.
Sea’s practice is more than making art; it is a joyful exploration of self-expression, independence, and creativity. Each piece she creates carries her spirit and perspective, inviting others to experience the world through her eyes and celebrate the beauty of inclusivity and diversity in art.
